Real estate is relationship. Let me show you the path.

Most of my clients start as renters. We find you a good place to live now, then we work on credit, savings and timing until the house is yours.

Where are you today?

The rental path

What the first year looks like

Nothing here is a surprise. You'll know what we're working on and why, from the day you move in.

Month 1
Move in
We find a rental that fits your budget and your commute, and get you signed.
Month 3
Credit check-in
We pull your report together and pick two or three things to fix first.
Month 6
Savings plan
Down payment target, closing costs, and what programs you may qualify for.
Month 12
Pre-approval
You meet a lender I trust. Most clients are ready between year one and year two.

Build credit, build trust, buy your home. In that order.

Welcome home

Every new homeowner gets a flag

I bring one to every closing, and we find the right spot to hang it before I leave. These are real clients, in their own homes.

A family of four, including a newborn, holding the American flag in front of their new home.
The Reyes brothers

Rented for fourteen months, closed on a three-bedroom in Maryvale. They hung the flag before the furniture arrived.

A family of three holding the American flag in the driveway of their new home.
First-generation buyers. Two years from first call to keys.
A couple signing their closing paperwork at the title agency.
Refinanced, then referred her sister and her cousin.

Tell me a little about you

These are the same questions I'd ask on a phone call. Answer what you can; we'll fill in the rest together.

No credit pull, and no effect on your score.
You'll hear from me, not a call center.
Save your progress and come back anytime.
Step 1 of 3
34%

About two minutes.

Whatever you'd like me to call you.
A city, a zip code, or the school district you have in mind.
Before taxes, and include everything — second jobs, benefits, support. Estimates are fine.
If not, that's completely normal. Check it free at annualcreditreport.com and come back.
If you're between places or staying with family, just say so.
There's no wrong answer. Planning ahead is a good thing.
Helps me match the bedrooms, the yard, and the school district.
Self-employed and cash income are fine. I work with this every day.
Call or text. I answer my own phone.
Only if you prefer email. One or the other is enough.
I'll follow your lead.
Questions, worries, timing, anything. This is the part I read first.

Meet George

I've been doing this the same way for years

I'm a licensed agent in the West Valley, and most of my business comes from people whose families I've already worked with. That's on purpose. If I do right by you once, you'll call me again in ten years, and you'll send your cousin.

I speak Spanish and English, and I don't rush anybody. Renting isn't a failure, it's a starting point. My job is to make sure it's a starting point that goes somewhere.
