What we collect
If you fill out the get-started form or the newsletter signup, we collect what you type: your name, contact information, the area you're looking in, and the financial ranges you choose to share. If you only browse, we collect nothing personal.
What we do with it
George reads it and contacts you. That's the whole pipeline. Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask for it, to send the monthly email.
What we never do
- We never sell your information, to anyone, for any reason.
- We never run a credit check from anything you enter on this site. The credit range you pick is self-reported and does not touch your credit file.
- We never share your details with lenders, landlords or anyone else without asking you first.
Saved drafts
The "save and finish later" feature stores your unfinished form in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us until you press submit.
Removing your information
Email george@georgeponcerealty.com and ask. We'll delete your inquiry and confirm within a few days. The monthly email has an unsubscribe link that works the first time.
Licensing
George Ponce is a real estate agent licensed in the State of Arizona. Nothing on this site is lending, legal or tax advice; calculators and guides are educational estimates only, and your lender, attorney or tax professional gives you the real numbers for your situation.
